All neighborhoods are charged a quarterly service fee of $30 on top of the following rates

| 18001-40000 gallons | $2.59 per 1000 gallons |
| 40001-70000 gallons | $3.26 per 1000 gallons |
| Over 70000 gallons | $4.52 per 1000 gallons |
The Pines
| 0-18000 gallons | $1.81 per 1000 gallons |
| 18001-40000 gallons | $2.07 per 1000 gallons |
| 40001-70000 gallons | $2.61 per 1000 gallons |
| Over 70000 gallons | $3.62 per 1000 gallons |
Amesbury
| 0-5000 gallons | $17.50 flat rate |
| 5001-50000 gallons | $2.95 per 1000 gallons |
| Over 50000 gallons | $4.25 per 1000 gallons |
